Dress Code
Twenty Valley Golf &
County Club sets a reasonable standard of dress that is
required at all times. Conventional golf attire must be
worn at all times on the golf course and practice areas.
All articles of clothing must be clean, free of rips and
free of holes. Shirts or tops must be worn at all times.
Members are responsible for informing their guests of the
dress code and are responsible for the attire of their guests.
On the Course
Male:
Acceptable includes:
• Turtlenecks, mock turtlenecks and collared “golf”
shirts tucked in
• “Golf” shorts not more than 6”
above the knee
• Soft spikes or appropriate running shoes
• Traditional slacks
Unacceptable includes:
• Denim jeans or shorts (During Active Golf Season)
• Short shorts
• Cut offs
• Team shirts
• Tank tops
• Shirts with slogans
• Sweat suits
• Swim attire
• Headgear in clubhouse
• Any garment displaying an offensive statement
Female:
Acceptable includes:
• “Tailored” blouses and slacks
• “Golf” shirts (unless banded, shirts
must be tucked in)
• Sleeveless tops with collars
• Collarless tops with sleeves
• Soft spikes or appropriate running shoes
• “Golf” shorts not more than 6”
above the knee
Unacceptable includes:
• Denim jeans or shorts (During Active
Golf Season)
• Short shorts
• Cut offs
• Team shirts
• Tank tops fleece or knit jogging suits
• Spandex
• Shirts with slogans
• Sweat suits
• Swim attire
• Headgear in clubhouse
• Any garment displaying an offensive statement
Golfers not conforming to this dress code
will not be permitted to play at Twenty Valley.
Clubroom and Dining Room
Members and guests will remove their hats and / or visors
when seated for service in the clubroom and dining room,
bar included. This ruling applies only to areas mentioned
and does not include either of the verandas.
