Trial Family Membership

Twenty Valley is now offering a “30 Day Trial Family Membership”. Families will be able to join for 30 consecutive days for a fee of $400 plus H.S.T. You will be able to play under the same restrictions as a silver membership, but with no voting privileges. Eligibility to play in member field day events, provided there was space available. Ability to rent power carts at member rental rates. If you decide to join after the trial membership, we would apply the $400 towards your membership fee. Membership

Twenty Valley is a member owned and operated golf facility. Joining Twenty Valley as a member also makes you part owner. We have an elected volunteer Board of Directors who over see the operation of the club, with the help of the Office Managers. There are many committees that make recommendations to the Board of Directors. We also have an outstanding Junior Golf Program that works with beginner golfers all the way up to the advanced golfer. Year 2010 Schedule of Membership Categories and Fees

Category Fee Definition

"GOLD" $1,825.00

“Gold” members are entitled to participate in the Cross Over “Gold” Ballot System used to determine weekend/holiday tee times. All Gold ballots will be honoured before any Silver ballots are drawn. Play is permitted in all other open weekday times. Players may book seven days in advance for weekday tee times. Eligible for club field day events.

"SILVER" $1,525.00

“Silver” members are entitled to participate in the “Silver” Ballot system to determine weekend/holiday playing times. Play is permitted in all other open weekday times. Players may book seven days in advance for weekday tee times. Eligible for club field day events.

"BRONZE" $ 1,425.00

“Bronze” members are entitled to weekend/holiday playing times after 3:00 P.M. only. Play is permitted in all other open weekday times. Players may book seven days in advance for weekday tee times. Eligible for club field day events, other events may have restrictions.

Intermediate (19-25)* $1,080.00

Member who is between the age of 19 and 25. Same booking and playing privileges as a “Bronze” member. No bond or initiation required. No voting privileges. Eligible to sign up for club field day events five days prior to event. No charging unless arranged through the office.

Junior(10-18)* $510.00

Junior tee times are restricted to 10:00am and later on weekdays and after 3:00 P.M. weekends and holidays. Junior members are entitled to book weekday play seven days in advance, weekends and holidays can be booked after 3:00 p.m. Monday, prior to the weekend. Eligible for club junior field day events. No charging privileges in the clubhouse without a letter of guarantee on file from voting member parent/guardian.

Juvenile* $0.

Member who is 16 years or younger in age whose parent is a voting member of Twenty Valley. May play free when accompanied by parent but must play in the times as laid out for “Junior” members. No tee time booking privileges. Eligible for club junior field day events.

Social $150.00

Future priority transfer to active play category, subject to availability. Must pay green fees at all times, may not advance book tee times, not eligible for club events.

House Assessment

$425.00 excluding taxes and gratuities per person ($850.00 per couple). Gold, Silver & Bronze categories. House Assessment may be utilized between Apr. 1,2009 thru Oct. 31, 2010. Members may pay their house assessment in advance if they wish.

Note: Voting members are members in good standing in categories “Gold, Silver & Bronze”.

Couples will receive a 7.5% discount on the combined category. The senior discount may not be used in addition to this discount.
Senior's discount of 5% is for those who have reached the age of 65 in the previous playing year and have been members of Twenty Valley for ten consecutive years will receive the discount upon request.
Members who knowingly or unknowingly play during restricted times risk disciplinary action from the Board of Directors.
Regular club storage ($85.00), driving range membership ($140.00) and locker fees ($25.00) are optional.
G.S.T. is additional to all the above fees.

Additional Fees (for Categories Gold, Silver & Bronze)

Membership Bond $1,200.00 bond payable per member - payable over 4 years. (refundable upon resignation)
Reservoir Surcharge: Either $100 a year for 4 years or $280 one time charge.

Payment Options:
Option 1- Payment of above in full with membership application
Option 2 - Extended terms - $300.00 payable with application (first of 4 bond payments) ,
$300.00 payable second year (second of 4 bond payments)
$300.00 payable third year (third of 4 bond payments)
$300.00 payable fourth year (final of 4 bond payments)
